David Elmaleh
David appears before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He is sensitive to the high costs of litigation and attempts to resolve disputes creatively, effectively and efficiently. When settlement is not possible, his familiarity and comfort in courtrooms across the Province make him a highly-persuasive advocate.
David was promoted to Partner at his prior downtown Toronto litigation firm after only 3.5 years — nearly unheard of in the legal industry. The reason is simple — his passionate advocacy, business acumen and ability to see the big picture has led clients to call him time and again to represent their interests.
He co-founded RE-LAW LLP, with one goal in mind — to build a law firm based on excellence, integrity, vision and compassion.
